Lilit was responsive when I had a question, but otherwise left me to enjoy the place. The kitchen was well stocked and I enjoyed the pool and spa daily. The grounds are really attractive with lots of open space and lawns for the dog to enjoy.

I don't hesitate to recommend Lilit's place and I hope to get back there again soon.

  Stayed for 2 months. First month was fine, but the last month was a bit of a struggle. The last 3 1/2 weeks we were there, the clicker to... read more open the front gate to the complex stopped working and we were forced to rely on other people to hopefully let us in, or calling the owner to open the gate. There were a few times that we were stuck outside the gate for 20-30 minutes until we were let in. The fridge also started going out the last week that we were there and spoiled about $200 worth of food. Owner was generally a great communicator, until she offered a reimbursement for our troubles. After some time went by and I reached out to her for a receipt for the reimbursement she offered, she then became extremely slow to respond and became very defensive. She then said that there was dog hair in the unit (her air bnb is dog friendly, so of course there will be some dog hair around) and reimbursed us less than she offered. Fine place for a short stay, but would not recommend for a long stay.

There was a problem for us getting into the complex after the security system was changed . The onsite manager refused to just give us a new gate opener , so Lilit took the day off work, drove 2 hrs one way to get the clicker to us immediately the following day. We enjoyed our visit with her and she offered us excellent ideas of what to see. The condo is close to hwy access and the downtown, but very quiet inside and the grounds are beautiful.
We brought quite a few things from home as we booked a month stay, but it was nice that we really didn't need to. The condo was very well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies . Very comfy bed and pillows and clean on arrival .
RECOMMEND .Excellent WIFI with great range for by pool.

Lilit is a kind, warm-hearted, friendly and courteous person. I never had to wait long for her to answer. We felt like home every single second. The Airbnb had a wonderful location in Palm Springs right next to the Aerial Tramway. The city was also really close as well as some cute cafés and restaurants. The neighbors were all incredibly friendly. It was always quiet and no one was partying. The bathroom, bedroom, living room as well as kitchen had everything you need to feel like home. The two coffee machines were incredible in my opinion due to the fact that I love to start the morning with a good coffee. The pool area is just like a dream. The water is heavenly in regard to the cleanliness and temperature. We spend every morning and late evening in the pool which made our stay even more relaxing. Thank you Lilit☺️

I used the tables to do water colors and journal. At our pool#4. We would take our lunches out and eat by the pool. While out there we met very friendly neighbors. It made our time there special.
Having such a quiet place to stay for 10 days was really appreciated.
It’s a lovely place with cute decorations and style. We had a good routine and could be in downtown Palm Springs in a few minutes to enjoy a couple of great restaurants. Had Christmas dinner at 849 Restaurant . Farm a couple of times. Breakfast with a regular menu and dinner with a set menu that constantly changes.
We enjoyed being close to Indian Canyon for hiking and the Tram. However we didn’t plan ahead and missed out. But worth the view. So go
